Primo Taxi DeLand

Vacation was saved!! My family of 5 from Virginia was stranded on the side of I-4 when our alternator died. We reached a tow company who lined up Tommy from Primo to get us to our rental house in Clermont. He arrived promptly, helped us load/unload all of our belongings, and got us safely to our house. Tommy was pleasant and provided great conversation for the trip. We absolutely appreciate that he was available to be our driver this evening. Thank you, Tommy!!

Primo usually sucks, but tonight the dispatcher lady was super sweet, and my driver was so kind, I believe he said his name was Taquantae? I'm not sure if that's right, but nonetheless super sweet, was there pretty quickly, and had a nice conversation w me while riding. Enjoyed his existence 10/10.

Affordable, Dependable, Safe & the only place I will use from now on. Dispatch is very nice and makes sure I know how much to expect to be charged . Last 2 drivers even messaged to let me know when they were close. (It's reassuring ) I am the worlds worst "back seat driver". (Not sorry. It is tourist season & a lot of drunks driving. ) My driver (Billy) was so awesome that I felt safe & didnt complain once. (My husband dont even have those braggin rights.He threatened to put a fake brake pedal on my side to keep me quiet.lol) Other driver was a very nice lady with pink hair who took me to the ER. I was in a lot of pain (tooth) & didnt catch her name. However, she was so sweet that I actually felt weird cause I was SMILING by the time I had to walk in. I am genuinely thankful I found Primo Taxi.
